Actively Recruiting Volunteers
The Facilities Committee’s mission is to assure the proper operation and maintenance of all recreational
amenities and review and update amenity usage rules, as needed. We are looking for three
neighbors to fill two-year terms to help carry on the committee’s mission.
As a member, you would help choose where to apply your time and talents. Whether your passion
is exercise (Rec Center fitness center) or you have technical knowledge (community security
systems), computer skills or a desire to support your community, we need you! Once the new
committee members are selected, a mutually convenient monthly meeting day and time will be
established.

The Compliance Committee is made up of residents who care about having Magnolia Greens community continue to be a great place to live. We encourage all our neighbors to maintain their properties and comply with rules so that we can all enjoy the amenities.
This committee is charged with conducting hearings regarding any reported violations of architectural, maintenance and amenities policies and with determining what, if any, penalty is to be imposed.
The required time commitment is about 1-1/2 hours for the monthly meeting. The committee meets at a time set by the team. Currently the meeting is the second Thursday of the month at 4:00 p.m. In addition, committee members periodically review properties, as needed, which can be done at the member’s convenience.
