I just received word from ATMC that we have met our goal of getting surveys completed by 60% of Magnolia Greens homeowners. And you've done it! Thanks for taking the time to complete the survey, even though we had some bumps along the way. At the kickoff meeting on September 8th, the ATMC representative said that he would like us to get the surveys done within 30 days and you did!

 

Of course, ATMC will be very busy figuring out the logistics for their expansion, hiring crews and subcontractors, and on and on. Most probably, they will start in Waterford and work their way into Magnolia Greens. They plan to begin that work in 2017 and we're hoping that they'll be finished in 2017! But you know how these things go. At least we're in their near-term plans. That's great news.
