Undeveloped Lots
Guidelines for Maintaining Undeveloped Lots
These Guidelines define and clarify the “Community-Wide Standard” for maintenance of privately-owned undeveloped units (vacant lots) in Magnolia Greens. Articles 5.2, 5.3 and 12.2 of the Protective Covenants apply.
Vacant lots will be fully cleared of all scrub vegetation and debris of any kind.
Scrub vegetation includes any wild bushes, trees and tree saplings less than four (4) inches in diameter, and other non-groundcover vegetation.
Grasses or other groundcover is encouraged on lots to minimize erosion and must be maintained so as not to exceed twelve (12) inches in height.
Trees of more than four (4) inches in diameter, whether live, diseased or dead, may not be removed from any lot without prior written approval from the Master Association.
