Magnolia Greens Overview

Magnolia Greens was one of the first golf course communities to be developed in Leland, NC, and features lovely single-family homes, town homes and condos set among mature trees, protected green spaces, natural forests, ponds and lakes. This development of 1170 homes is located off Route 17S in Brunswick County directly across the Cape Fear River from historic downtown Wilmington.

The community has two outdoor swimming pools, an 8,800 square foot Rec Center with a heated indoor salt water pool, a work-out room with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, a group fitness room where a variety of fitness classes are offered, a lounge area, meeting room, lockers, showers and saunas. In addition, there is a game room to support activities for younger residents, and there are two outdoor lighted tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, a playground and a picnic and grill area

Magnolia Greens surrounds a public 27-hole Tom Jackson-designed championship golf course owned and operated by the Renaissance Golf group. It includes a pro shop and clubhouse featuring Blossoms, a beautifully designed restaurant and bar that serves as a gathering place for watching sporting events, listening to live music on the patio, and other social events.
