This page contains the policies and procedures for adjudicating violations of Restrictions, Rules, Regulations and Guidelines of the MGMA. These include violations of the Architectural Standards in addition to rules for the swimming pools, recreation center, and other amenities. it covers compliance letters and notifications, time periods for resolution, and possible fines.
Violations may be issued for a wide variety of reasons, including lawn maintenance, mail boxes, sidewalks, tree trimming, maintenance of fences, improper use of Photo ID Access Cards, pool rules, or mis-use of the Recreation Center. This list is further defined in the Compliance Procedures document itself.
The "Top Ten" and Tenants guidelines are helpful for understanding the basic, and frequently misunderstood compliance issues.
