Code of Conduct
Magnolia Greens is committed to providing a residential and recreational environment which is safe, secure, healthy and respectful of all residents, staff, contractors and visitors. No panhandling, drug use, violence, harassment or other antisocial behavior will be tolerated anywhere on the MG common areas, including the pools and MG buildings. Examples of prohibited behaviors also include abusive language, intoxication, boisterous conduct, and vandalism. Violators of these rules are subject to loss of MG amenity privileges for up to 90 days and possible assessment of monetary fines.
